Who we are
AL QASAEM TRADING & CONTRACTING CO. is an Omani SME working across power transmission, electrical installations, EHV cable works, foundations and piling, Oil & Gas electrical and instrumentation, and civil construction.
Since our establishment we have focused on developing strong technical capabilities and delivering reliable services to Oman's transmission and energy sector — working with OETC, PDO, OQ, OLNG, Mazoon and the country's leading main contractors.
Our ambition is to grow as a trusted Oman-based engineering and contracting company while creating greater opportunities for Omani talent, developing local skills and strengthening the participation of SMEs within the national supply chain.
What we do
Six disciplines delivered by our own crews, plant and supervision across transmission and energy projects in Oman.
Foundations, tower assembly and erection, conductor stringing, line crossings and shutdown works on 33 kV, 132 kV, 220 kV and 400 kV overhead lines.
Trench Excavation and Back filling, Cable Laying and Support works, Support for the Jointer (Vendor) for Termination & Jointing, EHV Cable repalcement works
Equipment Insdtallations including the Structures, Power & Control Cable Laying, Glanding & Installation. Substation Control & On line Monitoring System Installation, Testing & Commssioning Support
Tower Foundation works for Open & Pile Type Foundations including Excavation / Piling, Foundation civil works ans Backfiiling
Electrical & Instrumentation works for Oil & Gas facilities
Access roads, camp construction for up to 300 personnel, MEP works, office and camp extensions, and civil maintenance across remote sites.
